	1.1 You will have access to all areas of this Website without registering your details with us. 1.2 Wholesale Electrical Factors may change or update these terms and conditions at any time by updating this information. By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
2	PRICING POLICY
	2.1 We reserve the right to show prices without VAT, but will show VAT separately and include it in the total price upon invoice. 2.2 Some items will incur extra packaging and delivery costs due to their size and weight, please consult our delivery information for charges. 2.3 Our prices are reviewed on a regular basis and updated as and when manufacturers trade prices change.
3	CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
	3.1 If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched you can notify us by email to sales@wef.demon.co.uk  If you wish to return goods, either unwanted or faulty, please consult our returns section on the homepage. 3.2 Goods that have been returned but upon inspection have been used and are not faulty will not be refunded. 3.3 NO goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

	4.1 This website is normally available for use 24 hours a day; we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. 4.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
